This Terms and Conditions document governs the use of Mataya Skincare’s Online Service.
Please read our terms and conditions carefully, as making a purchase signifies acceptance of these terms.
Products displayed on the site can be purchased using a secure online Visa and MasterCard transaction facility or alternatively via PayPal.
Customers can be confident that all of their details are protected by the latest security mechanisms and are used only for purposes of the transaction fulfilment. Mataya Skincare does not hold onto cardholder information.
Orders
Once you have made your choice, and your order for an item has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order.
Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 days of receiving an order – excluding weekends and Public Holidays.
Shipping & Delivery
• You shall receive an initial conformation email that your order has been received.
• Once your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. If you have a problem with your parcels arrival after dispatch, you must contact Australia Post with your Tracking information or alternatively contact Mataya Skincare for assistance.
• Goods shall be packed to prevent product damage during transport.

All orders are shipped with Australia Post
• Standard Delivery to Australian residents is charged at a rate of $9.00AUD for orders under 500g
• Delivery times vary according to your location.
• Western Australia please allow up to 5-6 Business Days
• South Australia please allow up to 5-6 Business Days
• Northern Territory please allow up to 4-7 Business Days
• Queensland (North) please allow up to 5-6 Business Days
• Queensland (South) please allow up to 2-3 Business Days
• Victoria please allow up to 3-4 Business Days
• Tasmania please allow up to 5-6 Business Days
• NSW please allow up to 4 Business Days
Express Delivery to Australian residents is charged at a rate of $12.95AUD for orders under 500g
Express Delivery to Australian residents is charged at a rate of $16.00AUD for orders weighing up to 3kg

Free standard shipping is offered to Australian Residents when your order is over $85.00AUD
International orders
Shipping Cost on International orders is calculated at the checkout and is dependent upon weight and your destination.
All orders are shipped by Standard International Post, and are able to be tracked using the tracking Number supplied by Mataya Skincare.
The delivery charge does not include any applicable importation charges, taxes and duties by customs in the country where the order is to be delivered if that country is a country other than Australia. You are responsible for such taxes and duties, which are not included in the cost of delivery. Please check with your country’s customs service if you need more information.
Pricing
All pricing is displayed in Australian Dollar (AUD) inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax).
Return And Refund Policy
If you change your mind about items you have purchased from us, we will refund the purchase price subject to the following conditions:
• Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of purchase, together with proof of purchase
• Item(s) must be unopened and unused with all original seals, labels and packaging attached
If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges) will be refunded to you using the original payment method once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets the above conditions.
